On 19 February 2018, Mr. Donato D. Marcos, DOE Undersecretary of the Philippines, led the delegation visiting Polyard Petroleum International Group’s oil production sites of SC49 Block located in Cebu, Philippines.

Undersecretary gave speech, mentioning the friendly relations between China and the Philippines. He expressed that he is optimistic about the future development of SC49 and encouraged all the staff at the well site.
